Our Terms & Conditions includes:

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use: Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using this website or enrolling in our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
2. Registration & Payment: Certain services (consultations, courses, workshops) require advance registration and full payment. Payment must be made using the approved methods listed on our site. Your place is only confirmed once full payment is received. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 80%). Cancellations made after 24 hours of the session will not be refunded. If BIM Media Services must cancel or reschedule a session (due to force majeure, low enrollment, etc.), clients will be offered a rescheduled alternative.
4. Proper Use of Services: To ensure a respectful and productive environment: Recording, reproducing, or distributing any content (videos, slides, documents) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior in any of our sessions or platforms will result in removal from the service and possible ban without refund.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user violating these terms.
5. Intellectual Property: All materials on this website, including session content, logos, designs, written materials, graphics, and recordings, are the property of BIM Media Services LLC or its contributors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our services are designed for educational, professional development, and networking purposes. We do not guarantee specific results such as job placement, salary increase, or professional advancement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIM Media Services LLC is not liable for: Indirect or incidental damages, Loss of business opportunities, Technical issues beyond our control
7. Privacy and Data Handling: We handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you are encouraged to review. Basic usage data may be collected to improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
